- All trips are dependent on weather conditions and minimum passenger numbers (4).
- The skipper may alter, amend or cancel the route of any sailing at their discretion for the safety of passengers.
- Unfortunately our vessels are not wheelchairs accessible.
- Our trips are not suitable for pregnant women or someone with back problems.
- Smoking , including vaping, is not permitted on any of our trips.
- No alcohol can be brought onto the boat or consumed on board.
- No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs is allowed on any of our trips and will be turned away with no refund given.
- Our boat trips are not suitable for children under the age of 2.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the trip is cancelled by us, where a full refund or exchange of dates will be provided.
- We cannot guarantee sightings of any particular species of wildlife, although our experienced skippers know where the best spots to look are.
- Passengers must comply with any instructions issued by crew, they are there for your safety.
- Passengers must not tamper or interfere with any safety equipment on the boat, any wilful damage to equipment or the vessel will be charged to the passenger.
